There's a Whole Lot Going On!
There is a lot going on this month and next, and I'm sure there will be something for everyone!
Messy Mondays Continue!
We're continuing with our Messy Mondays in August - the next two dates are Monday, August 13 and Monday, August 27. Both days are 10 am - noon.
Come into the studio and work on your own art journal creations, and explore a new technique.
Each session will include a brief demo or description of a journalling technique and then the rest of the time will be "free" for you to create and explore with your own journal and supplies (limited studio supplies will also be available for use).
The cost for each session is $10 including GST.
No journalling experience is needed, but if this is your first exposure to journalling, please let me know so I can be sure you have the necessary supplies.

If you're interested in an afternoon or evening session, let me know as I'll likely be around the studio playing with my stash!
August Card Workshop
Here are three of the cards we will be making at our August All Occasion Card Workshop. (The other three cards are still "under development" as they say!)
As always, you will have some choice on greetings (depending on the card design).
Join me on Sunday, August 19 from 2-4 pm. The costs for this workshop is $30 including GST and includes all the supplies you will need, and coordinating envelopes. Please email me to pre-register for this workshop.

Collage Shadow Box
Along with Messy Mondays and my regular card workshop, I'll be hosting a special workshop to create this lovely 8 x 10" shadow box collage image. You will be able to select your own message and floral image (or draw your own image, if you're so inclined) to dress up the collaged background. (This project is adapted from a Paper Art magazine project.)

In September I'll also be participating in the Culture Days events on Sunday, September 30. The studio will be open all day and I'll have a number of different FREE make-and-take projects throughout the day. Save the date! Details to follow.
